1. Organiser
This promotional raffle (“Raffle”) is organised and conducted by Gangoly Brothers (“Organiser”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).
2. Eligibility
The Raffle is open to residents of India only.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of participation.
Employees of Gangoly Brothers and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. Nature of the Raffle
This Raffle is a promotional activity conducted by Gangoly Brothers.
This Raffle does not constitute a lottery, gambling, or betting activity.
Participation in the Raffle does not guarantee winning.
4. How to Participate
Participants may enter the Raffle by purchasing Raffle Entries through the official Gangoly Brothers website.
Each Raffle Entry costs ₹200.
Each individual entry represents one chance to win.
Participants may purchase multiple entries to increase their chances of winning.
5. No Refund Policy
All Raffle Entry purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a participant has successfully completed the purchase of a Raffle Entry, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be permitted under any circumstances.
Participation in the Raffle implies full acceptance of this no-refund policy.
6. Raffle Duration
The Raffle will run for a fixed duration, as communicated on the official Raffle page or through official social media handles. Entries received after the closing time will not be considered.
7. Prize
One (1) winner will receive the watch as specified on the Raffle page (“Prize”).
The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another product of similar value if required.
8. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected purely at random from all valid entries received during the Raffle period. Each valid entry will have an equal chance of winning. The process will be conducted in a fair and transparent manner.
9. Winner Announcement & Contact
The winner will be announced on the Official Gangoly Brothers Whatsapp Channel(https://whatsapp.com/channel/0029Vb6Ep0HEwEjsFRQiiQ0n) and contacted directly using the details provided at the time of participation.
If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within a reasonable time, the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
10. Disqualification
False or misleading information is provided
Fraudulent activity is suspected
Any attempt is made to manipulate or abuse the Raffle process
11. Liability
Gangoly Brothers shall not be responsible for any technical issues, payment failures, or delays beyond its reasonable control. By participating, the participant agrees that Gangoly Brothers shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
12. Organiser’s Rights
Gangoly Brothers reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Raffle at its discretion if circumstances arise beyond reasonable control.
Gangoly Brothers reserves the right to modify or suspend the raffle at anytime if at least 80% amount of the offered watch MRP don't get collected in the promotional pool.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
14. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the Raffle constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
