At Gangoly Brothers, every order receives the care and attention it deserves. Once your order is confirmed, our team conducts a detailed quality check and prepares your product for dispatch with precision.

Estimated Delivery Time

We aim to deliver your order as swiftly and safely as possible. Shipping generally takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Tracking details will be shared as soon as your order is dispatched.

Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges will appear at checkout. 
Free shipping may be available during specific promotions or order thresholds.

Exchange Policy

We take great pride in offering authentic, premium watches and eyewear. Every product undergoes a thorough inspection before dispatch. Therefore, we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy.

 However, we do offer an exchange in case of:
 • A factory defect
 • Transit damage
 • A non-functioning mechanism
 • A product broken on arrival
 • An incorrect item delivered
Please note: Minor cosmetic variations, color differences, or preference-based issues are not considered defects.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure a fair and transparent exchange process, a complete unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show:
 • The sealed package from all sides
 • The entire unboxing in one continuous shot
 • The product and the visible defect
 • The shipping label within the same video frame

24-Hour Exchange Request Window

All exchange requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted under any circumstance.

Exchange Process

If your exchange request is approved:
 • Our team will guide you through the pickup or return process.
 • The product must be unused, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging.
 • After inspection and confirmation of the defect, a replacement will be shipped.
 • If the original item is unavailable, we may offer store credit or an alternative product. Refunds are not offered.

Non-Exchangeable Items

For safety, hygiene, and authenticity reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged unless damaged during transit (with video proof):
 • Eyewear lenses (prescription or custom)
 • Customized or modified items
 • Pre-owned, vintage, or pre-loved watches
 • Sale, discounted, or offer-based products
