Authenticity & Brand Warranty

Every watch, clock and pair of eyewear sold by Gangoly Brothers is 100% original. We have been in Connaught Place, New Delhi since 1935, and in 1953 we became the first watchmakers to serve India's first President, Dr. Rajendra Prasad. We do not sell replicas, copies or grey-market pieces.

Our authenticity promise

  • Original products only. We stock watches and eyewear sourced through the brands and their official distributors in India.
  • Brand warranty. Watches come with the manufacturer's warranty, valid at the brand's service centres.
  • GST invoice with every order. Online and in-store purchases are billed by Gangoly Brothers.
  • In-house watchmakers. We are an authorised service centre for Seiko and Alba, and we service all major brands at our CP store.

How to check your watch

  • Match the model number on the caseback with the box, warranty card and our invoice.
  • Take your watch to the brand's own service centre. They will honour the warranty on any piece bought from us.
  • Visit us at Regal Building, Connaught Place to see any watch in person before you buy.
