- Products with all original tags and packaging intact
- Defective or damaged products received

- Products damaged due to misuse
- Customized or personalized products
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
Refund Process
Initiation
- Contact our customer service team to initiate your refund request
- Provide your order number and reason for refund
- Receive return shipping instructions and authorization
- Ship the item back using the provided instructions
Processing Timeline
- Refund requests are processed within 24-48 hours
- Once we receive the returned item, inspection takes 1-2 business days
- After approval, refund processing takes 5-7 business days
- Additional time may be required for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your payment method
